I've mentioned the Case Western Reserve beta wiki site on a couple occasions, so its time I added them to the 'Wiki of the Week' list. They are listed as the 'School Intranet' example.
So how does it measure up?
- Site organization and usability - A nice Intranet approach - clean, visual, and intuitive Main Page with lots of topics. (1.0)
- Visual appearance - nothing fancy, but not boring or confusing - very clear and intuitive (1.0)
- Collaborative activities or events - pretty weak in this area. Unless I'm missing it, the site is used solely as a repository for information. There isn't any usage for planning events, activities, or projects - the 'process' capabilities (0.0)
- Growing body of relevant contenet - RecentChanges shows lots of current additions and enhancements taking place. (1.0)
- Audience participation - conmtributions coming from a wide variety of participants (again, check out the 'Recent Changes' link) (1.0)
Score - 4.0 out of 5.0
