Kris,
Thanks for linking to my blog - it is, at the core, dedicated to the use of wikis in education, but the general ideas can apply anywhere. As we're seeing with wikis, they are unbelievably flexible, and the mantra of simplicity and relevance can transform any project, group, or market. Watch for some case studies on two of my wiki experiments in the next few days.
